I believe this country is worth fighting for.

Congressman Kevin Kiley proudly serves the people of California’s 3rd District. He is dedicated to using his position to promote fiscally sound policies to reduce inflation, protect taxpayers, improve public safety, manage our forests and public lands and prevent catastrophic wildfires.

The son of a special education teacher, Kevin grew up in the 3rd district, attended local public schools and graduated from Granite Bay High School. After college, he began his career as a 10th-grade English teacher, chaired the school's English Department and led his students to significant academic gains. After graduating from law school, Kevin defended the U.S. Constitution in California courts and helped prosecute the civil case against China’s Huawei Technologies for intellectual property theft. As a prosecutor and Deputy Attorney General, Kevin represented the People of California in cases against violent felons

After his election to the State Assembly in 2016, Kevin authored groundbreaking new laws on freedom of speech, artificial intelligence, privacy, criminal justice reform, and protections for sexual assault victims, along with introducing the most significant school choice legislation in recent years. For his work advancing economic freedom, in 2020 he was named the national Legislator of the Year by the Association of Independent Workers.

In 2022 Kevin was elected to Congress, where he has worked across party lines to enact measures that will result in lower costs for gasoline, groceries, utilities and insurance, making life more affordable for local residents. He is leading the effort to overturn the Department of Labor’s independent contractor ruling, which limits workers’ ability to choose when and where they want to work. He introduced the bipartisan PRESS Act to protect journalists from being compelled to disclose their sources. He led a successful bipartisan effort to restore Medicare funding for senior programs. A strong advocate for law and order, Kevin is focused on holding criminals accountable and protecting children from fentanyl.

Kiley delivers for our district, bringing home over $200 million in federal grants to reduce traffic congestion, improve public safety, expand access to water resources, and protect our homes from fire. He has made constituent services a priority, closing over 2,300 constituent cases and returning over $7 million to those constituents.

Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard, a law degree from Yale, and a master’s in secondary education from Loyola Marymount. Kevin and his wife, Chelsee, reside in Roseville.

Help me end the Pelosi Speakership.
