ROCKLIN, CA – – Today, Republican Congressional Candidate Kevin Kiley (R-CA3) announced he has been endorsed by former California Governor Pete Wilson, the biggest name in California GOP politics. 

“Kevin Kiley is a smart and relentless fighter who will stand up to the ‘progressive’ politicians who have weakened our national defense, defunded our police, sabotaged our energy independence, and undermined our economy,” said Governor Wilson. “The Biden Administration is woefully out of touch with Americans’ real needs. We have exploding gasoline and energy costs. Working families can not afford the costs of groceries and gasoline because Democrat-controlled policies in Congress and the White House have spent us into the highest inflation in 40 years. Kevin Kiley is uniquely qualified to combat their woefully misguided activities. He will be a champion for restoring constitutional and limited government, stronger border security, and for ending runaway spending that feeds inflation and has exploded our national debt in a way that menaces our children’s future.”

“Kevin Kiley is a former prosecutor and Deputy Attorney General who defended the U.S. Constitution in California courts. First elected to the Assembly in 2016, Kevin is the author of groundbreaking new laws on freedom of speech, artificial intelligence, privacy, criminal justice reform, and protections for sexual assault victims, along with introducing the most significant school choice legislation in recent years. He was named national Legislator of the Year by the Association of Independent Workers for his work defending economic freedom. Kiley earned his Bachelor’s degree from Harvard, a Master’s degree from Loyola Marymount and a Law degree from Yale.
