ROCKLIN, CA – – The California Republican Assembly, the volunteer army that President Ronald Reagan once called “the conscience of the Republican Party,” has overwhelmingly endorsed Kevin Kiley for Congress in the 3rd District.
“Kevin Kiley’s campaign has Republican volunteers and base voters excited, energized and ready for a conservative sea change in Washington, DC,” said local CRA member and community leader Randy Nelson.
As California’s oldest and most influential Republican volunteer organization, CRA’s endorsement is a coveted privilege for those candidates who meet their high standards — conservative, principled, electable, and the overwhelming choice of our membership. When CRA endorses a candidate, they are committing volunteers, resources, and their reputation.
Kevin Kiley is the leading Republican critic of Governor Gavin Newsom and his grab of executive power throughout the pandemic. First elected to the California Assembly in 2016, Kevin is the author of groundbreaking new laws on freedom of speech, artificial intelligence, privacy, criminal justice reform, and protections for sexual assault victims, along with introducing the most significant school choice legislation in recent years. Kiley is a former prosecutor and Deputy Attorney General.
Over fifty percent of the new 3rd Congressional District’s voters live in Kiley’s home county of Placer and Kevin currently represents just about two-thirds of the voters in the district.
