MAJOR ENDORSEMENT ALERT: Lincoln City Council Members Unanimously Endorse Kevin Kiley in Campaign for State Senate

LINCOLN, CA — Today Republican Kevin Kiley announced receiving endorsements from the entire Lincoln City Council in his campaign for the 1st Senate District of California. The City of Lincoln is entirely nested inside the district.

The list of Lincoln supporters includes Mayor Stan Nader, Mayor Pro Tem Gabriel Hydrick, Councilmember Paul Joiner, Councilmember Dan Karleskint and Councilmember Peter Gilbert.

“I’m honored to have the consolidated support from the City of Lincoln,” said Kiley. “As their current representative in the Assembly, I have worked closely with Lincoln to help address the needs of the community and to have every member support me illustrates that we have a great working relationship and always will.”

Kiley’s campaign is off to a quick start since announcing two weeks ago. In addition to the City Council endorsements Kiley reports having more than $500,000 cash on hand for the campaign.

The 1st Senate District contains 11 counties in northern California and is currently represented by Senator Ted Gaines who will be vacating the seat since being elected to the Board of Equalization.
