ROCKLIN, CA – – One of California’s largest and oldest Republican volunteer organizations has made their decision in the 1st Senate District Election. Today Republican Kevin Kiley announced receiving the endorsement of the California Republican Assembly (CRA) in his campaign to replace Senator Ted Gaines. Famously known for being called the “Conscience of the Republican Party” by then Governor Ronald Reagan, the CRA is one of the most sought after endorsements among Republicans. The endorsement of the CRA is critical in the campaign that features several Republican candidates.
“I’m proud to have the endorsement of the California Republican Assembly,” said Assemblyman Kiley. “Their endorsement proves that I am the one candidate with real conservative principles and the voting record to back it up. I’m honored they recognized that this election is too important to elect the wrong Republican.”
Before his election to the State Assembly Kevin Kiley served as Deputy Attorney General representing the people of California against violent felons.
